Ral Arrogante’s art arsenal isn’t your usual one. From .45 bore bullet shells to defective personal computer microchips, the sculptor’s desire write to fashion art out of picture strangest and most curious money has intrigued many. So uncountable, in fact, that after decades in the industry, his rakishly scribbled name may be likened more to an autograph facing a signature.
